my goal in doing the exercises in the book is to truly free my thinking; to not only have ideals and goals about the way that i want to think, but to actually practice them; to become more (fully) comfortable with myself; to learn who i really am; to actively break down societal codes that have been indoctrinated; to create my own reality; to expand my writing skills; to finally admit to myself how i really feel; to be able to express those feelings; to grow spiritually; to expand my universe; to become One with that universe; to find my place; to clean the cobwebs from my head; to stop reiterating other people's ideas and start forming my own; to (re)realize the potential within me; to focus my creative energy; to learn; to love; to live; and most importantly, to have fun.
