NO SECRETS

i am very into self-discovery, analyzing my motives and trying to get to the root of who i really am. i recently bought this book called "beat spirit: the way of the beat writers as a living experience" by mel ash. in it are several different writing and living exercises that you can do to free your mind and become more comfortable with your true self. it is a very well written book. i have thus far only done a few of the exercises and i have found them immensely productive.
part of the theory of the book is to try to be the person that you really are at all times. this is my attempt to do so. in the links that follow, you will find some of the exercises that i have done in conjunction with this book. sometimes, i will explain what the exercise is, sometimes i won't. some of what follows is not related to the book at all, but is something that i feel belongs here. here, i am not holding back, i am not editing myself. i do that too often in the real world. this is where you will find me, all of me, no secrets.
